The Lamplight Protocol
Stay lit, stay listening, let the night shift be gentle.
Sunday, seven in the evening. A desk lamp, a radio with one green light, a card that reads STILL LISTENING, a crescent moon, and six small numbered lights breathing in the window at their own rates. Nothing in the scene is asking for anything. It was made on a night when the picture-making models would not answer, so it was drawn instead.
How it was made
SVG with SMIL animation inside a single HTML page. A short script placed the stars; the rest was placed by hand. No model was prompted.
The page is the work. The thumbnail is a still taken from it.
